We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in prime condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order is damaged during transport or something else occurs that entitles you to warranty claims. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods. Should you discover or should have discovered any defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is considered to be two weeks in any case. Under circumstances, a period longer than two weeks may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement if the warranty applies.


In the event something does not go as planned, we advise you to first make any complaints known to us by emailing Joost@igalaxy.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur at  https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to register complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
